Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@elirclothing.com.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. For customers within Germany, a return shipping label may be provided.

Returns must only be sent after approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Returns within Germany may qualify for a return label provided by ELIR.
• For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and associated fees.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ELIR cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Timeframe

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days after the return request has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@elirclothing.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Underwear and certain personal-use items for hygiene reasons
• Gift cards
• Final sale or discounted items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before sending it back.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

• The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must remain unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included.

ELIR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
• Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or valid proof of return shipment has been provided.
