Shipping within Germany

• Standard Shipping: Complimentary for all orders over €150. Delivery within 5–8 business days.

• Standard Shipping for orders below €150
  Fee: €2.99
  Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Shipping within the European Union

• Standard European Shipping: €9.95 fee. Delivery within 10-14 business days.
• Express European Shipping: €13.95 fee. Delivery within 5-8 business days.

Shipping to the United States 

• Express Shipping Fee: €59.95
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business day

• Standard Shipping Fee: €19.95
  Estimated delivery: 10–18 business days

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Please note that orders shipped outside of Germany may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided or unavailability, the cost for redelivery will be borne by the customer.
